Fitness Journey
Over the course of four years, Kelsey has achieved an impressive feat of losing 51 pounds and she is continuously getting stronger. Starting at 190 pounds and with determination, Kelsey has made significant progress in her fitness journey. Not only has she lost weight, but she has also developed a strong and healthy body. Her ability to squat and deadlift her body weight, and hip thrust 230 pounds is a testament to her dedication and hard work. Kelsey has put in a lot of effort and time into her fitness journey, and her progress is something to be very proud of. She still isn’t where she wants to be, but she will keep pushing to reach her goals! Lots of ups and downs through out Kelsey’s journey, but she always reminds herself that "it's not a race, it's a journey". If you ever struggle like she does with body image or not seeing progress quick enough, just remember, it is NORMAL!
