In this time frame I have lost 29lbs and 10 inches of my waistline alone. She isn’t just your personal trainer, she’s your friend, your biggest cheerleader, and support system. She is consistent with daily check ins and keeping your program up to date based on your weekly measurements and weight (BMI). Kelsey is always readily available day or night to help you and answer any questions and she is extremely knowledgeable and constantly teaching me new things and helping my really cultivate a healthy lifestyle beyond fitness. Everything you need is also kept right together in her app she uses for clients and I mean everything! Your workout programs for either at home or in the gym (they also include “how to” videos if you need a demo!), your macro split, you are able to record and track all your meals, all your progress is also kept right in the app from progressing pictures that you can compare and pull up side by sides to see your differences as well, and those are just some of my favorite features. I would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone, and I mean absolutely everyone and anyone because she is the best at what she does and will help you get the result you want.
